Due to the rapid development of the society , all of us have anxiety. There are two kinds of anxiety. One is normal anxiety, the other is an anxiety disorder. But do you know the difference between these two anxiety? Normal anxiety is an emotion that we all get when we are stressful situations for example let’s say you are out in the woods and you come face to face with a bear. This will probably make you feel a little bit anxious and you will probably want to start running like crazy. Now this anxious feeling that you get is good, because it protects you it saves you and it makes you on hightail it out of there.
Anxiety helps us meet our deadlines at work and deal with emergencies in life but when this anxiety emotion is taken to extreme and arises in situations which don’t pose a real threat then that’s when you might have an anxiety disorder. For example, people with generalized anxiety disorder worry excessively and constantly about everything going on in there and they ﬁnd it’s very diﬃcult to control this worry. They also have symptoms like restlessness fear, they ﬁnd it’s hard to fall asleep at night and they can concentrate on tasks. So how can we cope or handle things has a direct impact on how much anxiety you are experiencing and if you tweak the way you are coping then you can lower your anxiety.
Firstly, we should work hard and steadily. Completing the work and the plan on time without delay, which is the basic professional quality of a migrant worker.This is not a lie, it’s a reality.Of course, it also depends on the position you are in. If your job has performance requirements, then you must have to ﬁnish the work on time. The ideal state is to review your work every night, but now I have limited energy. Every night, I just think about the topic of tomorrow’s article before going to bed, yet I will reﬂect on my work every week. Review your work every day and work hard can cope your anxiety when the tasks is coming.
Secondly, exposure to new areas Imagine being like a teenager without too much anxiety. Learning new skills, meeting new friends, listening to new songs, but the most important thing is that you are interested in the world. Nowadays, I am learning the content of video production. Although it is diﬃcult, every time I see the healing videos edited by others, I heartily moved by it. Thus, I hope you can enjoy life as well, without worrying about it. I think it will be a suitable way to cope you anxiety.
After watching this video, I realized that although anxiety is everywhere, we can still improve ourselves to avoid anxiety order. Finally I want to say: To watch the sunrise must wait till down!
